Our big fundraiser of the year is coming up soon. The Round Up Dinner and Silent Auction is on Saturday, September 10, 2011. We need lots of volunteers to help us with the following:
*putting posters up around town
*soliciting donations for the silent and live auctions
*stuffing baskets for the silent auction
*setting up the silent auction (Saturday, September 10th from 9 AM until 4 PM)
*sorting items during check out
*cleaning up after the party
