Horse Adoption Application

Dear Potential Adopter:

Thank you for your interest in adopting a horse! Please fill out the following form, even if you do not see the horse you would like. Once we have your application, the process is quicker. We require a $10 application processing fee, which can be paid via paypal, mailed money order, or in person, cash. We do not hold horses while applications are pending. Once approved, the adoption fee must be paid in full for a horse to be held. You must pick up the horse within 7 days, after which we charge a $12 daily boarding fee. We can recommend shippers if you need one.

You must send pictures of the accommodations the horse will be provided with (Barns, Stalls, and Paddock areas in which the horse will be living in). Your application will not be completed until the pictures are received.

Important: Before submitting this online application please read these terms of adoption, which you must agree to when submitting this application. Your signature will be required on the placement agreement and the application so please download a copy of the placement agreement, and the application, sign it and place it in the mail along with a check for $10 payable to FLTAP.

This online application only serves as your intention to adopt and without a signed application and placement agreement, the adoption process may not continue. Once you submit this online application, you must pay the $10 non-refundable processing fee through Paypal or send in a check with your signed copy of the application and placement agreement.
